As a Product Owner, you need the ability to move fast, change things, and experiment with new ideas. Having a robust testing culture and skill set on the team allows you to be able to accomplish that.  Testers give you the confidence to deliver, the ability to let you know when something is going wrong, and any areas you need to focus more on.  On this episode, Mary Thorn joins me to discuss how PO’s can partner and collaborate better with testers and test managers and how we can support them.
