Product Owners have you ever caught yourself saying “Where did my time go”?  No doubt you meant to get to that important customer or accept that story, or maybe even try out that new tool everyone is talking about. But something happened on the way to those items, and you’re not quite sure what. You thought you had the time, but it disappeared on you. How did that happen?
