Being a Product Owner for a team is great, so what happens when you have 2 or 3 teams? What about 10 or 100 teams? In most situations today, PO’s will need to play together as a team and find ways to interact and focus on areas of the product they can truly own. How they might interact as the product scales is the focus today. We look to some common practices, some organizational ideas, and a few things to keep in mind so you don’t hit a sour note for too long.
