The Agile Product Owner's Podcast

Feb 24, 2016

Like it or not, Product Owners need to have some kind of estimate.  Understanding the complexity, size, and when something can be delivered to your customers takes some effort to create. Helping the team get to a point where they are knowledgeable and comfortable giving their best guess is the topic of this episode.  It’s often a challenging process to get kicked off and improve. It doesn't matter if its numbers, animals, or t-shirt sizes, you have to play the estimation game.
