EP5 - Demo your butt off

“Working software is the primary measure of progress.”

This is one of the core values of agile! The way to prove progress is by demonstrating working software and the sprint demo is where the magic happens. This meeting serves to proudly show off the team's accomplishments and to boast about how awesome the sprint was. Cory and Kim discuss the importance, frequency, preparation and facilitation. They provide simple organization techniques, ideas for improvements and basic rules to follow for a well rounded, yet relaxed demo.
